The help tutorial is pretty good at explaining things, and there are many guides, and videos on how to do just about everything online. I bought it last month on sale, and have currently put about 350 hours into my first play through. The game can be a bit confusing at first.

The game isn't easy, there is tons of info and tips to be found in guides all over the internet, but you don't need a guide to play. Think of Kenshi like you would Soulsborne type games.
